Nangiloc & District
Kindergarten

Our Centre

Our Kinder is a small, friendly rural Centre, located 50 kilometres south of Mildura and across the road from the Murray River. We are surrounded by horticultural properties growing citrus, almonds, vegetables and other produce.

We are next to the Nangiloc/Colignan School, with the Maternal Health Centre at the back of our building.

We have a gently sloping outdoor area which includes a large sandpit and climbing area with fixed and moveable equipment. A potted vegetable garden surrounds a paved space and natural spaces in our yard also include bush tucker foods and local indigenous plants.

Our playroom is at the bottom of the slope with a large undercover area extending play spaces and providing another shaded learning area.

Nangiloc & District Kindergarten proudly displays the Kinder Tick to help families feel confident that our program is recognised as a funded kindergarten program and:

  • Is led by qualified staff
  • Children benefit from play-based learning
  • The kindergarten program is funded and approved by the Victorian Government
  • Our program complies with government guidelines and the National Quality Framework
