Management

Early Years Management (EYM) was first introduced by the Department of Education and Training (DET) in 2016, replacing the previous Kindergarten Cluster Management framework. Early Years Management continues the strategy to build a stronger, more sustainable universal kindergarten system for children and families.

Our Y Kinders’ EYM team is proud to manage and support 93 Kindergartens​ throughout the state of Victoria.

Each of our services is supported with a range of services​ de​livered by a team of specialists. This includes recruitment, administrative and educational support and management.
