Changes to details can be made via the family portal: HubHello.
Families are sent log-in credentials for HubHello when enrolments are confirmed.
Withdrawing from a kindergarten place
To withdraw yur child, or update your kindergarten preference, please contact the Y Kinders’ Enrolments Team at enrolments@ykinders.org.au.
When emailing, please include your child’s full name, date of birth, the kindergarten you have enrolled in, and a brief explanation of the change you are requesting.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including any required documentation or confirmation timelines. We aim to process all requests as promptly as possible and will keep you informed throughout the process.
