Y Kinders, the Early Years Manager of Y Ballarat is excited to share our 2024/25 Y Ballarat Community Impact Report, which was officially adopted at the Annual General Meeting on 30 October 2025.
This year’s theme “Learning for Life” reflects our belief that learning is a continuous journey shared by everyone involved across our programs and organisation – from children through to our teams.
We share inspirational stories that highlight the transformative power of education and the diverse ways learning has enriched and impacted lives.
“We’re proud to launch our Community Impact Report for 2024/25, with this year’s theme of Learning for Life,” said Y Ballarat CEO, Craig Mathieson.
“It highlights the importance of learning at all ages and stages of life and showcases what we do as an organisation to empower, to inspire and to educate.
Every day, foundations for lifelong learning are built through our programs and services. Each experience helps children, young people and adults develop the confidence and skills to learn, lead and contribute, now and into the future.
It’s a privilege to be able to offer programs across ages and generations, whether it’s for our youngest learners as participants in early education, or through our incredible workforce who continue to learn and develop to ensure they meet the needs of young people each and every day.”
