With Pre-Prep rolling out across the state in stages commencing next year, Y Kinders has been gearing up for the introduction of 30 hours of education for four-year-olds at its 6 managed kindergartens in Ararat Rural City.
Learning and Development Day: Preparing for Pre-Prep
Y Kinders is pleased to host a premier free event for early childhood professionals, students and those in the sector in the Ararat and wider region to advance their knowledge and skills for Pre-Prep.
The Learning and Development Day: Preparing for Pre-Prep is taking place on the 3 October, 9.30am – 5.30pm at the Alexandra Community Centre, Ararat.
We are delighted to have Dr Tim McDonald joining us all the way from the Y WA, to MC the day, bringing his wealth of experience in education and philanthropy.
Dr Red Ruby Scarlet and Anthony Semann, Founding Director of Semann & Slattery are keynote speakers at the conference.
An experienced team of panellists – Julie Duggan from the Early Childhood Improvement Branch, Dr Tim Harrison, CEO of the Ararat City Council and Wendy M Goff, Associate Professor at Swinburne University will share their insights in a discussion that’s sure to be informative and engaging.
